12 is a home video certificate issued by the Irish Film Classification Office (IFCO). It means no one under 12 is allowed to buy films with the rating. A former known as 12RA would admit children under 12 only with an adult. Since the impression of 12, no one under 12 can buy movies anymore with the 12 rating changes.
Equivalent to: PG-13 for movies and TV-14 for television.
