The Bulgarian television content rating system persists of the following classifications (if no rating appears, the program is most likely suitable for all ages and equivalent to TV-Y, TV-Y7(-FV), TV-G and/or soft TV-PG):
- 12: Not recommended for people under 12. Equivalent to hard TV-PG and/or soft TV-14.
- 14: Not recommended for people under 14. Equivalent to medium TV-14.
- 16: Not recommended for people under 16. Equivalent to hard TV-14 and/or TV-MA.
