PEGI Online annotated

Online is a content descriptor formerly used in all of PEGI's ratings. It signifies that there is online content found in the game, and has no meaning. Content with the online descriptor can be played by anyone and is automatically treated like a PEGI 3 game, as long as there isn't any other objectionable content in the game (language, violence, nudity).

The Online content descriptor is no longer issued by the PEGI in July 2015, as the vast majority of video games today have online functionality. The content descriptor may still be found in older video games.
