The Ukrainian State Film Agency (Ukrainian: Державне агентство України з питань кіно; romanization: Derzhavne ahent·stvo Ukrayiny z pytan' kino), known in short as Derzhkino (Держкіно), is the central executive body of cinematography in Ukraine. It was created in 2006.

Ratings issued by the Derzhkino as of the latest amendment in 2015:
- ДА (Дитяча аудиторія): Film aimed at little children. They contain no violence or obscenity. Equivalent to TV-Y for television.
- ЗА (Загальна аудиторія): Suitable for all. Equivalent to G and PG for movies and TV-Y7, TV-G and soft TV-PG for television.
- 12: Suitable for children aged 12 and older; those under 12 may be admitted if accompanied by an adult as parents may find upsetting to them. Equivalent to PG-13 for movies and hard TV-PG and soft TV-14 for television.
- 16: Not allowed for viewing by persons under 16 years of age. Equivalent to R for movies and hard TV-14 and soft TV-MA for television.
- 18: Not allowed for viewing by persons under 18 years of age. Additionally, "18" rated features may only be screened in theatres after 18:00, and they may only be broadcast on television after 22:00. Equivalent to NC-17 for movies and hard TV-MA for television.
- Відмовлено: Refused classification by the Derzhkino. Content may not be shown, advertised or distributed anywhere in Ukraine.
- Films may be rejected if they promote crimes or drugs, or contain content that is highly offensive towards Ukraine, or its people. Applies to propaganda films as well.

- 14: Suitable for children aged 14 and older; those under 14 may be admitted if accompanied by an adult.
- X21: Not allowed for viewing by persons under 21 years of age. Used to indicate pornography. (Pornography was illegal in Ukraine in 2009-2023 which can be Відмовлено - refused classification by the Derzhkino)
